How your letter is handled.
Words of Light Church collects only what is needed to prepare Pastor Linda's October 11 surprise and keepsake book.
Information collected
The form collects your name, optional email, relationship to Pastor Linda, and letter. A random submission identifier and basic security information are also used to prevent duplicate or automated submissions.
How it is used
Your letter is stored in the Words of Light Google account, reviewed for the surprise, and prepared for the keepsake book. Your optional email is used only if the church needs to follow up about your submission.
Security services
Google reCAPTCHA runs only when you submit to prevent abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits and confirmed submissions. Names, email addresses, letter text, relationship details, and submission identifiers are never sent as analytics events.
Questions or requests
To ask about, correct, or request removal of a submitted letter, email church@wordsoflight.org. Please provide enough context for the church to locate the submission without sending the letter text again.
